What happens if I lose my Master Password?
Because we operate under strict zero-knowledge protocols, we cannot reset your master password. We provide a single-use Emergency Recovery Key upon account creation.
Can I use WebAuthn passkeys on mobile?
Yes, Blue Lock Pass natively supports WebAuthn standard biometrics including Apple Face ID, Touch ID, and Android Fingerprint sensors.
